Director Of Compensation

Our client is currently seeking a Director of Compensation to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a proven progressive track record in design and oversight of compensation/total rewards management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large, unionized academic medical center, coupled with a Master’s Degree in human resources management, business administration or related area. Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is an added plus.
Experience & Skills Required
- This individual must be a strategic thinker and a strong problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills, including cost analysis and budget forecasting. The position reports to the VP of HR Total Rewards and will supervise compensation analysts.
- He/she should have excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows environment as well as spreadsheet and database software. Prior team leadership experience with proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a high performing team is required.
