Inventory Control / Accounting Clerk

Opportunity Description

We are currently seeking an Invoicing Clerk with some experience with invoicing and shipping methods. Incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust priorities where necessary. QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Job Duties

  • Download orders from all of our online stores and generate invoices and picking slips.
  • Generate invoices and orders quickly and accurately.
  • Confer with other departments regarding accuracy and/or missing information in order to invoice accurately.
  • Confirm and schedule pick up, delivery and shipping on completed orders.
  • Contact clients during various stages in their order process if it is necessary.
  • Pick up the slack wherever it is needed.

Education

Associated degree.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2+ Years of direct work experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong verbal and computer skills including Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Training will be provided.
