Opportunity Description

Our client, headquartered in White Plains, New York, is in need of an experienced Office Assistant. The Office Assistant should be energetic and professional with experience in small or mid-size office settings and comfortable with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and forwarding calls
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Maintain office machines and call for service when needed
  • Handle office correspondence and mailing
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for various projects
  • Send out daily FedEx

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2+ years Office Assistant experience in a business setting
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Public transportation accessible
