Opportunity Description

International Luxury Goods Company is currently seeking an Office Assistant on a long-term temporary basis for their New York Office.

Job Duties

The Office Assistant will be responsible for general Administrative duties Including:

  • Data Entry and File Management
  • Copying, scanning and shredding
  • Taking notes at meetings
  • Prepare outgoing mail and Certifieds
  • Process and log incoming notices, faxes, audit requests and vendor invoices
  • Coordinating events, visitors and meetings
  • Coordinating supplies and building repair/services 
  • Prepare Expense Reports
  • Maintain department contact lists and admin schedules (training, travel, advisor lists)


Bachelor’s Degree Required

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2+ Years of office assistant experience
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Must have a solid understanding of excel formulas including vlookups
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
  • Comfortable using Photocopiers/scanners
  • Sharepoint experience a plus
