One of the World's Top Management consulting firms is seeking a Compliance Manager for their Financial Services Risk Advisory, Regulatory services practice. The practice does Advisory work for broker dealers and investment advisors in regards to compliance and rules and regulations.

Job Duties
- Deliver objective advice on evolving regulatory requirements and expectations.
- Assist with the development of corporate strategies to mitigate regulatory risks and address compliance burdens and challenges.
- Perform compliance program reviews, exam preparedness and remediation/enforcement assistance.
- Evaluate controls relative to risk appetite and culture.
Experience & Skills Required
- Need someone with CFTC FCM financial reporting experience (Segregation & Secure Calculation)
- Regulatory Compliance experience.
- Experience with Swap Dealers.
- OTC Derivatives Title VII.
