We are currently looking for a Customer Care Advocate to join our team in New York City. This growing and innovative company needs a qualified candidate who speaks h and Portuguese fluently to come on board to help with various duties around the office.
- Determine the best product for customers via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers during interactions.
- Attend to all aspects of customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
- Patiently assist customers with varying technical skills.
Experience & Skills Required
- Fluent in Portuguese & English; at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment/call center.
