Opportunity Description

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director and Assistant in all office related administrative functions. This is a part-time role, 3-4 days per week, approximately 21-28 total hours per week. Hours are 9am-5pm with a one hour lunch break.

Job Duties

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering of main switchboard, screen and direct all incoming calls.
  • Monitoring and printing of incoming invoices
  • File and maintain all invoicing and paperwork for our customer and vendor files.
  • Calendar Management in Outlook.
  • Support the operations of the company with any administrative tasks as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1+ year of administrative experience.
  • Strong MS Office Skills in Word & Outlook.
