The Assistant Director of Analytics is responsible for creating and monitoring quality standards and reports with UAS. The position will be responsible for tracking such information and reports, identifying trends and outliers, and distributing to senior staff. The position will also assist in the process of enrollment, disenrollment, and recertification of members in the MLTC plan. S/he will ensure all paperwork and documentation has been received and completed by the MLTC Nurse and all updates made in the LTCHIE system.
Experience & Skills Required
- Ability to read, analyze, manipulate and interpret large data spreadsheets. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Access, and LTCHIE).
