Opportunity Description

Our client, a Beverage Manufacturer,  is currently in need of a  Customer Service Specialist to support their Clients. This is a fantastic opportunity with a great company offering long term stability. 

Job Duties

  • Assist a varied portfolio of customers with multiple inquiries about invoicing, deliveries, etc.
  • Strong phone skills in regards to making outbound phone calls to existing customers and answering inbound calls.
  • Work closely with office and sales team located in the warehouse office. 

Experience & Skills Required

  • Must have strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Must have solid administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish a Plus
