Opportunity Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders, entering order information into SAP, creating delivery notes, allocating products, and generating invoices.

Job Duties

  • Accurate and timely entry of dealer orders in SAP 
  • Process order receipts and further acknowledgments in various EDI platforms 
  • Be a proactive team player, communicate the daily order status and other inquiry activities
  • Build sustainable relationships with several direct dealer accounts
  • Be a key point of contact for retailer and distributor inquiries via email and phone
  • Generate delivery notes and trigger shipments based on requested delivery dates
  • Coordinates with sales managers the prioritization and allocation of back orders
  • Support Dealer and Sales Representatives in their daily work e.g.: order status, product availability, pricing
  • Work with Supply Chain Specialist and monitor out of stock products and advise dealers of arrival dates
  • Identify opportunities within various business processes e.g. order entry improvement
  • Resolve issues with orders and shipments. 

Experience & Skills Required

  • Exceptional customer care communication skills (verbal & written) 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, a problem-solving mindset with attention to details 
  • Experienced with the SAP order entry process
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint 
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce preferred
