- Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
- Process daily cash activities for subsidiaries and perform monthly bank reconciliation for all cash accounts.
- Fixed asset creation & maintenance of capital expenditure projects
- Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
- Perform monthly financial institution reconciliations.
- Prepares documentation for external auditors.
- Supports month end close procedures, including calculating and posting accruals, prepaid, reporting
- General Admin support and projects.
Experience & Skills Required
- 5+ years’ experience in the accounting field
- Advanced Excel skills
