Opportunity Description

We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator for an opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. The firm has excellent benefits, a strong international presence, and a beautiful work environment.

Job Duties

  • Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables
  • Payroll 
  • Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
  • Process daily cash activities for subsidiaries and perform monthly bank reconciliation for all cash accounts.
  • Fixed asset creation & maintenance of capital expenditure projects
  • Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
  • Perform monthly financial institution reconciliations.
  • Prepares documentation for external auditors.
  • Supports month end close procedures, including calculating and posting accruals, prepaid, reporting
  • General Admin support and projects.


  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience & Skills Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in the accounting field
  • Advanced Excel skills
