We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive for our client in Sunrise, FL. As the Inside Sales Account Executive, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Customer facing and works with Technical Department and Warehouse.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Target and qualify prospective new customers and grow sales and market share.
- Cold-calls prospects from various lead sources including self-created.
- Visit prospects and existing clients promoting the business, relationship building, and taking new orders.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to achieve sales growth objectives.
- Provide weekly reports on market activity and customer status with recommendations for continual improvement of the company's growth strategy.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss terms and prepare sales order forms/reports.
- Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
Experience & Skills Required
- 2+ Years of direct work experience (selling in the packaging industry will be a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales goals.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
- Training will be provided.
- Standing or sitting for long periods of time.
