We are currently looking to hire a temporary Fiscal Administrative Assistant/Accounting Coordinator.
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain expense journals
- Prepare expense bundles for review and reimbursement
- Serve as back-up for cash disbursement
- Answer unit’s telephone calls
- Provide assistance with various projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office required.
- Good mathematical skills a must.
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented.
