Opportunity Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for digital acquisition programs in support of increasing qualified traffic to our E-Commerce websites. These programs include, but are not limited to Email, SEO, Mobile / Push Notifications, Affiliate and SEM/PPC.  

This is a unique opportunity to fill this NEW ROLE within a rapidly expanding business unit. There will be a high level of independence and responsibility to create, grow and optimize digital acquisition channels in ultimate support of our E-Commerce business. 

Job Duties

  • The position includes managerial oversight of E-Commerce Operations Associate and will work closely with Graphic Design, Social Media Mgr. and Front-End Developer colleagues. The E-Commerce Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Expand overall website traffic to E-Commerce websites
  • Focus on highly qualified traffic that is likely to convert
  • Develop and expand Email Marketing growth strategies
  • Expand and refine Email Lists
  • Increase frequency of Email campaigns and automation
  • Improve retention, repeat purchases, and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Introduce additional customer segments for better personalization and optimization, in part based on shopping behaviors
  • Develop G-SHOCK communities, especially for “Collectors” and G-SHOCK Women
  • Develop B2C, B2E (education) and B2B outreach and lead generation strategies
  • Create Mobile Push Notification strategy and calendar
  • Study and optimize the “Path to Purchase” and customer journeys


  • BA/BS degree in a related field

Experience & Skills Required

  • 3-5 years relevant experience working in digital acquisition programs and driving E-Commerce business
  • Email Marketing experience required
  • Proven digital marketing experience in a direct to a consumer sales environment
  • Email Marketing experience is a must; experience in additional digital channels is a plus
  • Highly analytic, KPI-driven and experienced in Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of Acquisition and Conversion strategies and techniques
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present ideas in an articulate manner (will present in Monthly Business Reviews)
