Opportunity Description

Your Role: Data Entry Administrator is well-versed with various media technologies and has a primary focus on the CoreMedia Application. This role will work very closely with teams to identify any issues and/or inefficiencies and provide support to the business teams. This role will also develop business and functional requirements for data and reporting needs as well as be the day to day liaison with the business teams.  This role reports to Manager, Application Support.

Job Duties

  • Manage system & user administrative tasks, escalate system issues to Core staff/IT management
  • Assist Core administrator
  • Assist Core training contact
  • Manage universal Core logins and setup
  • Set up all Core trainings for Direct Marketing and GA Core users
  • Assist on all Core enhancement requests
  • Meet and review client setup policy, changes to the buys, analytics status for al 43 clients
  • Administer Core setup for all clients:
  • Header requests
  • Aligning on ratings streams
  • Manage station buy headers, buy detail, traffic, and exact times for appropriate clients for entire quarter
  • Create posting cards and campaign response for all clients for every quarter
  • Create primary core creator reports for all clients
  • Create response codes for all clients
  • Project management representing Company strategy and investment teams
  • Partner with Media Management Platforms team on all client needs which include
  • Troubleshooting data issues within Core
  • Data delivery and cadence
  • Establish reporting for all 3rd party vendors
  • Review vendor specs
  • Build out templates/CoreCreator reports for data delivery
  • Train department on best practices with the Core application and other Operations processes

Experience & Skills Required

  • CoreMedia knowledge and experience preferred
  • 1-3 yrs. relevant overall experience with business analysis specifically targeted to the media industry. 
  • Experience in strategy/planning, activation/buying or analytics.
  • Understanding of media and the underlying data flow with attention to detail and quality
  • Project management, relationship management, support, and requirements analysis
  • Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
