- Provide Loan Processors support by reviewing Suspense letters and uploading loan application documents received from clients and LO’s.
- Enter data updates related to the documents submitted; Bank account, income, taxes, insurance, appraisal values
- Send attorney’s commitment letters and related documents supporting clients and department in moving toward Closing Area.
- Support Loan Processors, Underwriters, and LO’s by reviewing Commitment Letters and working to obtain related documents to loan file for UW review and clearing.
- Enter data updates related to Move to Closing; Credit Update (GAP) Report, Homeowners Insurance receipt and verification of sufficient coverage.
