Expanding Healthcare Benefits Management Company located in the Mid-Westchester area is looking for customer service-oriented individuals with prior call center experience to join their team!!!
- Receive 50-70 incoming calls daily from physician’s officer, clinics and hospitals.
- Complete verification process prior to releasing protected health information to the caller
- Navigate through multiple system applications to identify the status and provide appropriate information to the caller
- Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
High School Diploma required
Experience & Skills Required
- Call center experience REQUIRED. Only candidates with call center experience will be considered.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with the flexibility to work 12pm to 8pm.
