Opportunity Description

Prestigious Newark based firm seeks Administrative Assistant for a long term contract position.

Job Duties

  • Maintain calendars, schedule all respective meetings and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues 
  • Type correspondences, memos and presentations, prepare presentation and meeting materials; copy, collate, bind if necessary 
  • Ensure executives are prepared for all meetings and events, and help prepare presentation materials 
  • Sorting and organizing emails and digitals folders 
  •  Uploading files to the internal database 

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2-5 years of Corporate EA experience
  • Strong Computer Skills Professional presentation
