Opportunity Description

Technically savvy Level 1 Helpdesk Associate needed ASAP to assist new hire employees and current employees with various needs and with set up of computers. Please note THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Job Duties

  • Provide first level support to all employees in the company 
  • Building, Re-imaging, configuring, personalizing and testing equipment
  • Packaging and deploying computers to employees
  • Maintain accurate inventory of deployed equipment
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1-3 years hands on hardware support experience (including but not limited to: building computers, imaging and packaging equipment for shipping) required
  • Some experience providing helpdesk support deskside 
  • Four-year degree preferred: Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Technical degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
