Opportunity Description

Healthcare Corporation located in the mid-Westchester area is in need of a strong Administrative Assistant with Database management experience to support the development and execution of programs and services on a part-time basis. Days / hours would be Tuesday - Friday from 11am to 3pm.

Job Duties

  • Collect and maintain Network Partner information in the database
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure Network Partner database information is updated and available for export
  • Assist in tracking overall Network relations, including; provider engagement, communication, development, and implementation plans
  • Perform administrative support such as screening calls, assisting with meeting planning, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and minutes, and providing event support
  • Set up remote meetings 
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Bachelor's Degree

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strongs Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a professional office environment
