We have an overwhelming number of job requisitions that need coverage as we also transition our ATS onto Bullhorn.

Job Duties
- Searching for candidates using: Indeed Search, ZipRecruiter Search, Linkedin Recruiter, Monster Search, E-Financial, Biospace, Healthcare Jobs, Trade Associations User Groups (40 -50% of the job)
- Analyzing candidates resumes in comparison to the required criteria
- Contacting qualified candidates directly to determine interest in job opportunity.
- Scheduling a follow up consultation with the recruiter / account manager
- Managing candidate flow of active job seekers through pay per click campaigns, including analysis for referral to recruiter / account manager
- Drafting and editing job postings
- Managing sponsored jobs through the use of an optimization application
- Associated administrative and ad hoc reporting
- Pull leads from resumes to advance to the appropriate recipient
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Experience & Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem solver
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong follow up skills
Technical Skills:
- Bullhorn (BH) experience preferred
- Boolean and natural language search strongly preferred.
- Previous sourcing experience/capability
- Internet savvy - capable of researching candidates via google/social media platforms
