Experienced Markting Administrative Assistant needed for a 5 month temporary role in the sales department of a Publishing company working with the team who services a large onlie retailer.
The day to day tasks required would be to service the account, working in conjunction with the sales team.
Tasks include, but are not limited to: tracking sales, monitoring key stats, pulling reports, image upload, metadata review and general problem-solving.
Experience & Skills Required
- .com retail experience preferred
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have strong follow-through skills and an ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks pertaining to book sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Advanced level excel skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Someone who thrives on collaboration, but also possesses an ability to work independently
- An interest in books/a curiosity for the publishing industry
