Opportunity Description

Our client is a reputable organization in Norwalk, CT that is looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team. This position will play a key role in managing the scheduling and onboarding process of new hires. You will be responsible for all administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team including onboarding, background checks, new hire paperwork and scheduling of interviews. 

Job Duties

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Repsonsibilities:

  • Reponsible for new hire onboarding, background checks, clearances and new hire paperwork
  • Schedule onsite interviews for hiring managers
  • Coordinate credentialing of new hires 
  • Create files for new hires in the HRIS system 
  • Assist with managing list of open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System 
  • Additional ad hoc talent acquisition and human resources related duties; generating reports, posting job descriptions, contacting candidates, etc as needed

Experience & Skills Required

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related Business field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfort in an administrative focused position
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Experience working within Excel and various HRIS or ATS systems preferred
