Opportunity Description

Our client, a large telecommunications company, is searching for a Recruiter to join their team in the Rochelle Park, NJ area! We are looking for an experienced recruiter with experience performing full cycle recruiting activities and managing a high volume of requisitions.

Job Duties

Recruit for various roles within the telecom industry (ex: project coordinators, project managers, accounting, corporate support) - these roles will not exceed director level
Review, process, and track statuses of candidate applications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Extend job offers on behalf of the client

Experience & Skills Required

Bachelor's ( BS/BA ) degree is required
Full cycle recruiting experience is required
1-2+ years of experience is required
Must be comfortable working in a high volume environment and support a minumum of 6-8 requisitions open at a time
