Opportunity Description

 Busy non-profit organization located in White Plains, NY, is looking for an experienced Spanish speaking Receptionist / Office Assistant to join their team!

Job Duties

  • Answering the main reception line and forwarding to the appropriate staff member
  • Assist with mail distribution and other clerical duties as assigned
  • Provide customer service to clients as needed
  • Assist staff with administrative support 
  • Perform in-house database management

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1+ years experience as an office assistant and / or receptionist
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
