Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls for the company
  • Meet and greet individuals as they arrive
  • Provide excellent customer service with each call that comes in
  • Assisting with clerical projects such as scanning, filing and faxing
  • Auditing timesheets and tracking attendance
  • Conducting calls to clients
  • Data Entry

Experience & Skills Required

  • Prior reception / office assistant  or data entry experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Bilingual spanish
  • Human Resources experience a plus
