Opportunity Description

Property Management office located in Mt. Kisco, NY is in need of an experienced Office Assistant to assist with receptionist duties, clerical support and light accounting tasks. 

Job Duties

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Database management
  • Clerical support – filing, sorting and opening mail, typing correspondence 
  • Light accounting duties – entering invoices for payment, printing checks and monthly rent statements
  • Liaison with maintenance crew, vendors and board members

Experience & Skills Required

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Prior office experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in an office
  • Must be comfortable in a small office environment
