HumanEdge is hiring for an HRIS Analyst in the Brighton, MA area! In this role, you will focus on optimizing the use of existing and new technologies to support the Human Resources team, including the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Kronos HR module, and LMS, ensuring data integrity and streamlining processes, with particular emphasis on reporting and HR analytics.
You will need at least 5 years of experience using common HR Information Systems and reporting information technology.

1 As the HRIS Analyst, you will conduct data analysis and Human Resources Analytics on HR data such as compensation, job classification, turnover, total compensation and benefits statements, employment, benefits, workforce analysis, retention, headcount, employee activity, performance, AAP, and recruitment activity and can provide ad hoc reports as needed.
· Bachelor’s Degree in a a related field such as Information Systems, HR Business or equivalent education and experience.
Experience & Skills Required
· Advanced skills in the following MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
· MS Access knowledge is also preferred.
· Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Kronos or other HRIS tools a plus
