A real Estate office located in Mt. Kisco, NY is immediately hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist with receptionist duties, clerical support, and light accounting tasks. 

Job Duties

As the Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Database management
  • Clerical support – filing, sorting and opening mail, typing correspondence 
  • Light accounting duties – entering invoices for payment, printing checks and monthly rent statements
  • Liaison with maintenance crew, vendors and board members

Experience & Skills Required

  • Prior office experience / customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in an office
  • Must be comfortable in a small office environment
