The role of Sales Administrative Support is to provide daily support to the Regional Sales Managers and Sales department as needed.
Bakery Industry Machine Manufacturers
- Creating quotes for dough processing machinery and accessories.
- Processing customer orders, coordinating shipment and communicating to customers.
- Maintaining customer & opportunity database.
- Supporting marketing activities, such as e-mail blasts and trade-show preparation.
- Receptionist duties: answering main phone line and transferring calls; greeting customers & signing them into the building, taking their temperature with non-contact thermometer; distributing mail; ordering office supplies, ordering lunch for customer/company meetings, etc.
High school diploma; Associates degree a plus.
Experience & Skills Required
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
- Excellent verbal and e-mail communication skills.Microsoft Outlook & Word; Excel & Powerpoint a plus
- Experience with data entry into an ERP/CRM system a plus.
- Social Media Marketing experience a plus.
