Opportunity Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to develop, lead, and execute integrated marketing programs with strategic partners in the enterprise product and SaaS space. You must influence and drive results in a highly matrixed environment collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in this role. You will be responsible for co-creating and executing a marketing strategy to attract, engage, and progress clients through the funnel. You will be responsible for implementing global partner marketing programs, Key partner programming, assist with collateral and thought leadership content, demand generation for partners, and sales enablement to grow the business. Your plan will also drive incremental pipeline and revenue growth for the company and strategic partners.

Job Duties

  • Build and execute high impact joint marketing programs and campaigns with strategic partners
  • Collaborate with messaging, brand, and campaign teams, and develop campaign strategies to drive awareness and pipeline growth
  • Build compelling messages to articulate value prop, key differentiators, and business value to C- suite, technical and business audience
  • Collaborate with lead generation marketing, shared services marketing, partner team to develop sales plays, high-impact digital assets, customer success stories, and sales enablement materials
  • Lead creation of strategic virtual and physical partner events including pre-event promotion, audience engagement strategy, and post-event follow-up and nurture
  • Collaborate with CMOs and marketing stakeholders to integrate partner offerings, content, and events into the marketing strategy for respective vertical and geos
  • Collaborate with marketing and Sales stakeholders to integrate partner offerings, content, and events into the marketing strategy for respective vertical and geos
  •  Ensure partners are actively involved and adequately covered in significant announcements and new offering launches
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with partner marketing teams, corporate support functions, vertical marketing, and sales leadership and partner ecosystem
  • Any other duties as assigned

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA a ++

Experience & Skills Required

  • 10+ years of product/partner marketing experience in business to business (B2B) environment in the cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Self-starting, enthusiastic individual who is willing to take innovative approaches and responsibly for outcomes
  • Experience in running integrated marketing programs and campaigns with partners and by
  • engaging analyst, advisors, publishing houses, and agencies
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple plans, budgets, resources - Experience with content development efforts – research, whitepapers, blogs, web content, videos & sales enablement materials)
  • A good understanding of the Cloud, SaaS market, customer priorities and potential applications
  • of technology is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization. - Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders
  • A creative thinker who can combine creativity with an extensive analytic and data-driven approach to formulate engaging and experience-driven program
  • Travel required up to 20% post pandemic
