Job Duties
As the Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Handle heavy call volume- assisting customers
- Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume customer service environment.
- Interact with various departments
- Perform order entry in SAP
- Create and respond to a high volume of emails
Experience & Skills Required
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- Manufufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP is highly desired
