Opportunity Description
Our client is hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in Danbury, CT. This is a hybrid/remote position available ASAP with a growing manufacturing firm. This is a temp-to-hire position servicing our internal and external clients, and the positon offers between $28-$32/hour, depending on experience, plus a bonus!

Job Duties
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Build relationships with customers and provide specialized customer support
- Process credits and advanced warranty issues
- Process return material authorizations
- Process and expedite urgent requests
Experience & Skills Required
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years customer service experience
- Must have RMA/Return Experience
- Credit experience
- Web portal
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP is highly desired
