Our client is hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Wayne, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for heavy calendar management for four executives, being the front desk lead to the Executive offices.

Job Duties

As the Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Redirect and assist visitors and guests with pleasant demeanor 
  • Be responsible for invoice processing, travel arrangements, responding to and prioritizing emails 

Experience & Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is a must
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be able to maintain confidentiality.
