Opportunity Description

Our client is hiring for an Office Manager in Bedford Hills, New York. This is a full time on-site role offering between $63,000-$67,000 annually, as well as health insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and a  family work environment. 

Job Duties

As the Office Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage our current office staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work with our management team to implement policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with our technicians to dispatch and coordinate schedules
  • Ensure payroll is completed with accuracy for third party payroll service.
  • Answer basic Human resource questions and assist employees with benefits questions, scheduling PTO etc.
  • Light Bookkeeping skills
  • Prepare proposals and invoices for customers.
  • Ability to make decisions with little guidance

Experience & Skills Required


  • Bachelor's degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience required
