They have an exciting opportunity for an IT leader with a proven track record of technical management in the Long-Term Care and Continuing care organization for the last 8/10 years.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT Support and infrastructure.
He/She will direct, overview, and ensure compliance with the day-to-day operations of the MSP and their employees. It will also direct and manage IT plans, policies, and programs for the organization’s data processing and analysis, network communications, business operations, and computer services to ultimately guarantee and enhance patient quality of services.

Goals and objectives:
• You will report to the CFO and contribute to profitability with an understanding of the relationship between business and corporate level technology strategy.
• Assess issues regarding information systems and create manageable and effective solutions.
• Apply progressive business principles, understand regulatory aspects of the Lon-term industry, and create a high-tech, efficient IT department.
• You will manage, mentor a staff 20 IT professional with effective and positive work environment so to enable recruitment and retention of great technical talent.

Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or related Degree. Master's in Computers Sciences or MBA a plus.
Experience & Skills Required
They currently utilize PCC PointClick EMR, Oracle ERP, and various other business applications. A professional with experience in these systems is highly desirable.
Experience managing an IT team of 20 is also desirable in a multi-site environment + MSP vendor management a must.
Professional Certifications are a plus.
Healthcare experience a must.
