Opportunity Description

A Consumer Products company in Danbury, CT is hiring a Customer Service Returns Clerk for a hybrid, long-term contract assignment. This role will be responsible for ensuring returned product is received by the distribution center in a timely manner, and will monitor and ensure all client transactions are invoiced and client refunds are credited. The right candidate will be a strong communicator/collaborator with cross functional partners, and approach the role with a service mindset to ensure clients receive an exceptional service experience.

Job Duties


  • Prepare FedEx labels and correspond with clients via email in regards to returned merchandise
  • Set up client pickups via FedEx and work with freight couriers
  • Process Returns and Credit requests received from the field & assist with the ticketing system
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience & Skills Required

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple details
  • Strong computer skills; able to work in multiple systems and quickly come up to speed with new systems
