Opportunity Description

Non-Profit Organization located in downtown White Plains is in need of a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist / Office Assistant to answer incoming calls and provide clerical support. All candidates should be available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5 pm. If you are experience answering phones and providing office support and are available ASAP, please apply!

Job Duties

• Answering inbound calls and transferring to the appropriate department

• Taking messages when needed

• Updating excel spreadsheets

• Clerical support – filing, scanning, copying

Experience & Skills Required

• Prior office experience answering phones 

• Experience scanning documents

• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5pm

• Excellent Communication skills

• Must be vaccinated for covid
