Opportunity Description

HumanEdge is recruiting for a License Practical Nurse to work in an Assisted Living facility in Warwick, NY. Immediate start 8-hour shifts, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Job Duties

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
Administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided

Experience & Skills Required

Graduate of a State approved and accredited School of Nursing.
1 – 2 years’ experience in Nursing Home or Hospital setting
License/Registration: Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
Demonstrates initiative, judgement and dependability. Good verbal and written skills.
