Opportunity Description
The Senior Systems Analyst is an IT professional that is primarily responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems for the clinical laboratory. The analyst works closely with the Lab and all clinical departments, as well as other IT professionals such as interface analysts and developers, and outside vendors. Knowledge of the configuration of analyzers and LIS systems is a must.
The position is onsite/hybrid, and you will need to show proof of Covid vaccination.

Job Duties
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Seek out ways to improve the organization’s processes, design systems to implement these changes, and train and motivate others to use these systems.
· Supervise the upgrade of existing LIS systems or the installation of new systems.
Education
Bachelor’s or similar education.
Clinical Lab experience a plus.
Experience & Skills Required
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
· At least five years of experience. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable, working in the LAB or IT – integrating lab equipment and EHR.
· Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a must.
