CAT Scan Technologist: Margaretville, NY Seeking an energetic Rad Tech to come joint our team today for a combined xray/CT tech position.

We have exciting, Great Paying opportunities across the U.S.! Both Local and Travel candidates are welcome to apply. Contract position to start ASAP 13 weeks with option to extend Shift; 8 hour days/evenings. Call rotation

Job Duties

Responsible for operating radiologic and CT equipment to produce radiographs (x-rays) and CAT scans of the body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by Radiologist. Performs a variety of imaging procedures, including both CAT Scan and xray procedures, and is responsible for patient safety protocols.

Education

Completion of a AMA Approved School of Radiologic Technology program with both xray and CT certification

Experience & Skills Required

1-2 year experience in acute hospital setting

Experience with both general xray and CT scan

Certifications

CT certification

Valid BLS

NY state license

Proof of right to work in the United States

Languages

English
