Opportunity Description
Marketing Campaign Manager provides integral support to the Marketing and Sales Team. The team member is responsible for managing the planning & execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. They will rely on his/her own experience and judgement to execute and accomplish goals by performing a wide variety of tasks to deliver strategic and consistent online and traditional marketing campaigns. This newly created role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the company and external vendors to plan and execute customer-focused marketing campaigns and build brand awareness in all relevant channels.

Job Duties
- Plan & execute marketing campaigns that deliver business goals, drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Identify all the initiatives and tactics for the campaign and the goals for each while working with the appropriate team members to develop marketing campaign and deliverables.
- Utilize Google Analytics to measure & analyze to improve website navigation, marketing initiatives and to determine the best approach for content generation and user flow. Develop Key Performance Metrics (KPI’s) & regularly measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Contribute to establishing sales support materials for sales team to move leads through the customer journey.
- Ensures messaging and campaign deliverables are cohesive and to message, strategy & plan.
- Manage and build social media channels and ensure initiatives improve performance of these channels.
- Assist in management of Performance Marketing activities (SEO, paid media, advertising) Contribute to the management of the digital marketing agency; recommend initiatives to continually improve performance of programs.
- Design journeys across tactics: paid media, print, social, and email to drive lead generation & brand awareness; identify opportunities for improving user experience and engagement across these channels.
- Manage Growth Marketing activities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience & Skills Required
- 5-7 years’ experience in B2B digital and traditional marketing and web experience.
- 5-7 years’ experience should include a solid understanding of site navigation, use of content management tools and reporting tools.
- 5-7 years’ experience with email marketing campaigns, SEO, PPC, social media and building integrated marketing campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing
- 5-7 years’ experience project managing execution of marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record in understanding the delivery of go-to-market campaigns, digital marketing, and traditional marketing.
- High performing, high-energy self-starter with proven ability to work both independently as well as a member of a high-performance team.
