Opportunity Description

Our client, a rapidly expanding contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) in the orally inhaled and nasal drug product (OINDP) space is specifically focused on providing early phase clinical trial materials for its clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic learner to support the Manufacturing group with formulation development, process development, GMP manufacturing, as well as peripheral support activities.

Job Duties

Execute formulation development protocols at the bench scale; preparing solutions and reagents for experimentation as required
Manufacture drug product for early-phase clinical trials in a GMP environment; comfort using spray drying and other manufacturing equipment a plus.
Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and good documentation practices.
Follow safe laboratory practices
Experience using various analytical equipment a plus (HPLC, Karl Fisher, Laser Diffraction PSD)

Education

Bachelors in Chemistry or related field

Experience & Skills Required

Entry Level, 1-3 years in a pharmaceutical environment preferred
