Opportunity Description

This position reports to the Manager of Corporate Communications. The primary focus areas will be providing departmental support for intraregional and global initiatives on various projects for both internal and external communications. This includes but is not limited to general creative, technical support, promotional efforts, general communications, website updates, industry events, digital and social media, and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) volunteer activities.

Job Duties

  • Assist and provide backup supporting Company's CSR program.  Assist in creative design and execution of creative materials.  
  • Assist with the support and coordination of company participation at industry events.  
  •  Participate in and help execute employee engagement projects and initiatives. 
  •  Assist with the planning, creation and scheduling of social media content.  
  •  Provide backup for regional website maintenance, updates, and publishing of advisories. 
  •  Help maintain departmental dashboards to monitor performance, engagement, and execution across various platforms. 
  •  Support order fulfillment and management of customer/employee promotional items.  
  •  Participate in drafting messaging for customer and media consumption in collaboration with other stakeholders. 
  •  Help create promotional strategies through digital and print marketing to promote Company  services and product offerings. 

Education

Bachelors Degree

Experience & Skills Required

  • Exceptional organizational and written communication skills. 
  •  Willingness to take direct guidance while being lean & agile to manage shifting priorities. 
  •  Capacity to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.  
  •  Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to support Corporate Communications, including internal, external, and CSR project initiatives.  
  •  High level of creativity, open to change, and driven to overcome obstacles. 
  •  Available for extended hours and travel as needed. 
  •  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Adobe Express, Photoshop, 
  • InDesign, and Premiere Pro, focusing on photo, graphics, and video editing/curation.  
  •  Education or professional experience in digital marketing and graphic design. 
  •  Social Media brand management and paid advertisement knowledge. 
  •  Basic CMS/HTML/front-end website knowledge. 
  •  Knowledge of website/social media analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, IconoSquare, etc.) 
  •  Understanding of Agile Project Management Methodology 
  • 2 years working experience required, w/ educational experience preferred.  
  • Education/Experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related fields required.
