Registered Nurse Opportunity – Primary Care Offices
Location: Northern New Jersey
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month (4-hour shift required).

Job Duties
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments in accordance with care plans.
Conduct patient assessments, manage triage calls, and provide health education.
Collaborate in care coordination to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR
Experience & Skills Required
Active RN license in New Jersey.
Prior experience in primary care, outpatient, or related settings preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
