Expanding Healthcare Benefits Management Company located in the Mid-Westchester area is looking for customer service oriented individuals with healthcare experience to join their call center team!!!

Job Duties

Speaking with members in regards to the benefits and obligations of the membership.
Answering questions regarding benefit plans.
Insurance verifications, coding, and claims.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience in the healthcare industry REQUIRED.
Call center experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior medical experience (insurance verifications, claims, etc.)
