Opportunity Description

Experienced Product Development Professional needed to assist in implementing licensing. Day-to-day liaison between the clients and licensees; spearhead product development/approval process. Must be a well- organized team player with attention to detail and the ability to work in a creative, deadline-driven environment.

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of Brand One-Sheets and Brand Overview documents
  • Handle requests for information, product samples, or other materials from clients
  • Maintain knowledge of client brands
  • Maintain Licensee Lists and Agreement Terms Recap reports
  • Request and organize Quarterly Royalty Reports and Revenue Projections
  • Manage ongoing Product Development process with Licensee submissions and Client/Brand comments/approvals
  • Share creative assets and product approval process with Licensee partners
  • Send eblasts highlighting new and exciting licensing program developments to inform and motivate licensees
  • Assist in the preparation of Deal Term Sheets and Licensing Agreements using established templates
  • Circulate Press Releases/New Licensee Announcements
  • Electronic filing (e.g., DropBox, NAS internal shared documents)
  • Office Supplies ordering
  • Phones (answering protocol and night settings)
  • Licensing Expo coordination with outside event company
  • Trade Show preparations and travel arrangements

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, licensing and/or consumer products or related activities (brand management, sales, retail).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator a plus, but not required.
