Opportunity Description
Growing corporate consumer products corporation is looking for a specialist to work in their corporate returns department located in Danbury, CT
This is an administrative role assisting customers and team in processing returns.
This is a long term contract opportunity with a potential for growth.
Job Duties
- Prepare FedEx labels and correspond with clients via email in regards to returned merchandise
- Set up client pickups via FedEx and work with freight couriers
- Process Returns and Credit requests received from the field
- Assist with Returns and Credit requests from the Service Cloud ticketing system
- Manage the daily action reports and follow ups
- Assist with Quarter End A/R aging reports, to rectify any outstanding balances
Education
Associates Degree preferred
Experience & Skills Required
- 2 year’s work experience in customer service, order processing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Ability to take charge, and make sound decisions quickly
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
