Opportunity Description

Growing corporate consumer products corporation is looking for a specialist to work in their corporate returns department located in Danbury, CT

This is an administrative role assisting customers and team in processing returns.

 This is a long term contract opportunity with a potential for growth. 

Job Duties

  • Prepare FedEx labels and correspond with clients via email in regards to returned merchandise
  • Set up client pickups via FedEx and work with freight couriers
  • Process Returns and Credit requests received from the field
  • Assist with Returns and Credit requests from the Service Cloud ticketing system
  • Manage the daily action reports and follow ups
  • Assist with Quarter End A/R aging reports, to rectify any outstanding balances

Education

Associates Degree preferred 

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2 year’s work experience in customer service, order processing or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take charge, and make sound decisions quickly
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
