Opportunity Description
Processing daily truck-route paperwork, posting and applying cash receipts daily, and research/reconciling customer’s account issues.
Job Duties
- Assisting Account Specialists in resolving any customer account issues
- Processing truck delivery paperwork daily
- Handing daily customer EDI transactions
- Keep accurate filing system
- Heavy phone activity and computer use
- Providing customers with copies of invoices and statements
- Filing and faxing of customer invoices and information
Experience & Skills Required
- Entry level role for someone with minimal office support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Pro-active follow up skills
- Ability to use Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and employees in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and planning
- Strong work ethic
