Opportunity Description

We are currently looking for a Night Shift Customer Service Representative to join our Company  in Passaic, NJ. Must be available to work 6pm to midnight. Sunday thru Thursday, 30 hours with the possibility of going to 40 hours. Our organization is seeking for a responsible, motivated, outgoing individual with great customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of staff. This person will perform many different administrative duties to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the position.

Job Duties

  • Performing administrate tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Taking customer orders over the phone, internet, and from salespeople.
  • Create and upload sales reports to designated portal.
  • Work and support the Sales Staff when needed.
  • Issue credit to customers when required.
  • Enter vendor receiving documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Education

High School Degree or Equivalent.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1 year of Customer service experience required.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast-past work environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP computer system a plus, but not required, will train.
